[rt-users] Problems after upgrade from 3.8.8 to 4.0.6

Thanks for the hint on the logs -- using debug now and it seems to have
pointed me in some kind of direction.

And yes...going from 3.8.8 to 4.0.6 took me and a co-worker 3 hours.
