[rt-users] RES: Disable notification

Nobody know how disable this automatic mail?

I found that I can hack ticket.pm but I think there is better way to do this.

Is there way to disable notification to users that arent allowed to Create ticket?

I got this reply from RT:     "No permission to create tickets in the queue 'QUEUE'"
