[rt-users] RT4.0.6 Unknown encoding in received emails

What can I do to correct this error ?

fetchmail: MDA returned nonzero status 75

I already tried to add the Encode::HanExtra, restarted the VM but it seems
not to be enough and that I need to edit the I18N.pm file.
