Is it possible to disable cloning of the time worked, time estimated, timeleft, priority, owner etc when clicking the 'create' link on a ticket without editing the Create.html page? I saw a patch was submitted for 3.8.x in 2009 to make this a configurable option, but it looks like it didn't make it to RT4.
