[rt-users] Searching in RT

Try putting the number in "quotes".    Also, Just hit enter in the Search... box to see the instructions for the simple search.

I have ran into an issue when search for tickets.

I am searching for a number in the subject line when I am doing this RT assumes that I am search for a ticket number.  Is there something I can do to change this behavior?

I am using version 4.13
