[rt-users] RT 3.8 nginx HTTPS + fastcgi_server redirects to HTTP

You must *remove* $WebPath, $WebBaseURL and $WebURL and *set*
$WebDomain $WebPort in your /var/www/rt3/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm.
