[rt-users] RT4.2 TimeTaken & TimeWorked what changed?

Hello, 

Please can somebody help me to understand in laymans terms what changed in 4.2 vis TimeTaken & TimeWorked fields. 

Is it now enough for me to only query TImeWorked to get an accurate view of time?
