[rt-users] Time changes once RT resumes normal operations

Hi I am having this below issue and my environment is RT4 and Redhat 5

when I do date at the command prompt I am getting the out put as Wed Nov 27 14:36:35 IST 2013

But when I look at the Apache log, stop and start Apache the the the is correct but after starting normal operations the RT goes back 5:30 hours back

I have set the RT time zone as below

Set($Timezone, 'Asia/Colombo');

Any idea what is going on
