[rt-users] how do you write to syslog?

I'm in Custom Scrip and I can't get anything to show syslog


I've this line in my scrip

	syslog("critical", "Scrip: On Create Copy Custom Fields From Parent");

and nothing shows in the syslog


I dn't get it (so to speak) -- what am I doing wrong ?
