[rt-users] v4.2.6: strange display of subtitles in Saved Searches portlet

On my RT v4.2.6 installation, I'm seeing in my Saved Searches portlet what
was displayed as:

XXX's saved searches

now displaying as:

XXX <----------> s <----------> saved <----------> searches

where "<---------->" represents a large blank space.  I don't have any
local modifications which should affect this display.  Is anyone else
experiencing this?
