[rt-users] Internal Error Updating the Ticket Status

After the upgrade to RT 4.0.4,
When I try to close, resolve, reject, etc.. an open ticket RT displays the following error:
"An internal RT error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT's log files"
Where can I find the details?
How can I resolve this issue?
