[rt-users] History Display on Main Display Page is Unformatted After Upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.2.4

That was it.  It looks like someone had copied over the Display.html page from 4.0.1 into the local folder in anticipation of customizing it, but I found no differences from it and the original 4.0.1 file.  Once removed, everything looks great again.   Thanks for the prompt reply.
