[rt-users] Install Error in GnuPG::Interface

Those warnings don't seem to be causing the failed installation of the
module.  Try running this command to open a shell within the unpacked
distribution, and run the tests verbosely:

cpan> look GnuPG::Interface
$ make test TEST_VERBOSE=1
