[rt-users] RT 4.4 Rc, Asset REST

Good Afternoon.  I am wondering if there are any plants to extend the REST interface so that we are able to use it to access/modify Assets.  I understand that REST 2.0 is being worked on as well but not sure if one would come before the other.  Any answers would be great,
