Hi,

Try adding the following lines in your RT_SiteConfig.pm

Set ($ MaxInlineBody, 1024000);
Set ($ FriendlyFromLineFormat, "\"% s \ "<% s>");
Set ($ MaxAttachmentSize, 10000000);
