rt-mailgate passing an error code back that sendmail doesn't know about.

There is mention of testing rt-mailgate from the command line in the docs
but I can't remember how to do that.  I'm guessing you cat a message
(standard format) to rt-mailgate.  Look to see what happens.  What error
message is returned.  Possibly rt-mailgate needs to write to or read from
some file area that it can't would be my guess.
