to us and into the queue - or would the interface query directly
with the database and therefore never do any mail processing
(except for watchers or CC externally).

The end result i'm looking for is that any mail generated from RT
uses an email address that might be external (easier to brand for
customers), but correspondance and comments are always kept local.

I probably haven't explained all that very well, but hopefully
someone knows what I mean :)

I *was* going to make another field, a kind of "external" address
for the queue, so that when customers reply to emails they see the
external mail address (which then bounces onto the RT system).
