[Rtfm-devel] rtfm-2-snap (november 6th on website) install

RT 3.4.4 on FreeBSD 4.11-RELEASE
RTFM-2-snap from website. (Which I'm making the ASS-U-ME-ption is the 
magical RTFM 2.2 people are talking about)

So, I download, untar, and go into rtfm-2-snap's Makefile and changed 
the path to point to my RT3.4.4 install..

Ran make:

mysql  `/usr/bin/perl -e'require "/sw/rt/etc/RT_Config.pm"; print

Undefined subroutine &RT::Set called at /sw/rt/etc/RT_Config.pm line 27.
Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using 
password: NO)
*** Error code 1

Stop in /u1/home/adm/src/RT/rtfm/rtfm-2-snap.

A few questions..

Why RT_Config.pm and not RT_SiteConfig.pm? (Or at least, an additional 
call to same...)
What's the undefined subroutine bit there? :-/ How do I fix that?
