Add an

Return-Path: <whatever>

header to your templates. See RFC2076. Note: this might eventually be 
overwritten by a smart MTA which wants to prevent sender spoofing.
You might want to try "Errors-To:", this is not a recommended solution, 
but works (most of the time).
