[Rtir] Is there any documentation about RTIR?

Hi, 

 

Would someone know if is there any documentation about RTIR? I have been
looking for a while, but I seem unable to find anything nor in the web,
neither through Google. The only thing I found is a piece of the draft
manual at  <http://bestpractical.com/rtir/usingrtir.pdf>
http://bestpractical.com/rtir/usingrtir.pdf, but is only the 3rd chapter.
