[Rtir] Incorrect names being used for WHOIS servers

Under Tools->Scripted Action->By IP address, the WHOIS servers are being
displayed incorrectly. All of mine say HASH(0x....) where .... is a
hexidecimal number. If I use Tools->Lookup, I correctly see the WHOIS
servers' names. I fixed this in my copy by copying the code from
RTIR/Tools/Lookup.html and putting it in RTIR/Tools/ScriptedAction.html.
It worked fine after that. :)

Also, what is the difference in FriendlyName and the $WhoisNames
(beautified hostnames)?
