[Rtir] rtir+resolve problems

Hi Torbjon,
If I don't remember bad, this is due to RTIR 1.1.5 doesn't change the
"_RTIR_State" custom field. I can not remember if it was a permission
problem, but I'm afraid it's because of something else like RTIR
modifies the Status field, but not the "_RTIR_State" field.
