[Rtir] Makefile.PL

Many thanks Jesss that worked ..
A quick question .. The upgrade instructions suggest that most scrips 
should be deleted which I did, however after the upgrade these scripts 
did not reappear ..
Is this how it should be ??I am trying to get to grips with RTIR.
