[Rtir] Is RTIR still active?

We work actively on RT-3.7 and RTIR-2.3 branches.
In the repository you can find 3.7-EXPERIMENTAL-RTIR-2.2 and RTIR-2.2
which is quite stable to use in production. These branches are used
for stabilization and bug fixes. Bug reports about these version are
very welcome.
