Hello,

I suspect that you didn't stop/start server after changing config
file. Also, it's possible that you skipped `make install` step. Check
/opt/opt.CORE/rt-3.8.5/rhel5/local/plugins/ directory for
RT-Extension-ACNS directory and its permissions.
