You can export data from any search result, there are a few built-in
statistical reports, you can write your own HTML::Mason code to pull
data using the API or you can point a reporting tool such as Business
Objects or any of the various other options at the RT Database in a
read-only mode to pull data.

Without knowing more about what you want to do, it's difficult to make
specific suggestions.
