[rtir] Problem with RTIR installation

Hello all,

I have installed RT and RTIR on Debian 8 x64 system. RT works correctly.
But in the last step of installation RTIR:

6) Activate the RTIR extension in the RT_SiteConfig.pm file:

    Plugin('RT::IR');

After Apache restart I get this error:

Except this all steps ran correctly.
