Hello. What’s the easiest way to produce a report that shows the amount of time worked for a group of tickets? For example, I’d like to know how much time was worked for tickets classified as malware in a given time period. Is it also possible to determine the amount of time each analyst worked on tickets for a week or month period? Brian
