[sd] Introductory docs on how to write a connector to a bug tracker ?

Hi.

Is there any docs explaining how (hard it would be) to implement a
connector/backend/handler/whateveritscalled for a new bugtracker.

I'm wondering if such tasks could be doable by someone without Perl
expertise (but knowing how to program in other languages).
