[sd] IRC channel moved to irc.oftc.net

I got tired of trying to get freenode staff's attention to address our
lack of ops, so we're moving the channel to the OFTC network. (Plus, I
like OFTC a lot.)

Please join us in #prophet on irc.oftc.net!

I'll continue trying to shoo people out of the freenode channel for a
couple days.
