[Shipwright] Having problems importing RT plugins into vessel

Same error when I set up RTHOME:

root at mir RTFM-2.4.2]# export RTHOME=/opt/rt384
[root at mir RTFM-2.4.2]# echo $RTHOME
/opt/rt384
[root at mir RTFM-2.4.2]# perl Makefile.PL

what happens if you export an RTHOME pointing to the right place?
