Hi Sam

Here is the output when I imported Mail::Mailer:

    CPAN related output will be at /var/folders/9k/n067sg710jd9td4ddnpsvyx80000gn/T/shipwright_cpan.log
    import cpan-TimeDate
    importing cpan-MailTools
    successfully imported

So it works for me.
