[svk-devel] 'svk rm -K' shouldn't insist on revert

% svk rm -K adjtime
adjtime is modified, use 'svk revert' first.

This makes only sense if 'svk rm' is used without the -K option.
IMO this should just work.

In my particular case I accidentally put /etc/adjtime under version
control.  Obviously, I don't want to revert such files before I make svk
ignore them...

So, any opinions on changeing this behavior?  And, for the meantime, is
there a workaround?
