[svk-devel] Filesystem has no item: File not found

Following clk's on #svk I deleted some "stuff" from ~/.svk/config and I
was able to update/revert.

Basically it's the likes that look like:

  /path/to/file_or_dir:
     revision: 1234

for the affected repo-mirror
