[svk-devel] Can't find VCP/Logger.pm

Hello
Since I can't find a mailing list for newbies, I'm posting here. Please feel free to point me to the right place.
I installed svk following directions give here:
http://svk.bestpractical.com/view/BuildingSvkInYourHomeDirectory

It all seemed to have gone ok except when I tried to install VCP::Dest::svk. It's test s failed saying it cannot find VCP/Logger.pm. I can't find module VCP on CPAN or anywhere else. Not sure what to do at this point.
Can someone please help ?
