[svk-devel] diff showing binary files

Both glasser[1] and ertai[2] reported problems with "svkc diff"
attempting to show the diff for binary files.  I ran into the problem
myself tonight.  Although I was entirely unable to reproduce the issue
in a .t, I was able to fix the problem by testing against my depot.

With the help of App::SVNBinarySearch I discovered that this problem was
introduced in trunk in r1541.  My fix is in r2291.
