[svk-devel] 2.0-releng tests: what does "uncleaned txns" mean?

Building 2.0-releng branch and running "make test" I see
the following entries in my logs:

t/05svm..........................ok 15/29# uncleaned txns (3) on //
...

t/07smerge-bidi-inc..............ok 6/6# uncleaned txns (4) on //
...

t/07smerge.......................ok 30/31# uncleaned txns (7) on //
...
t/36push-pull-cross..............ok 1/3# uncleaned txns (8) on //
...
t/36push-pull....................ok 15/15# uncleaned txns (4) on //

What does this mean?  Is this indicative of an actual issue?
