[svk-devel] file not found when doing 'svk list'

Checkout works correctly; list and cat don't.
I'm using latest devel on windows. This seems to happen on all of my
live mirrors, even svk that I made just 2 weeks ago. I didn't try to
make a test case yet... maybe it's one of those \ -> / things again
(reason why some svk stuff doesn't work on windows)
