[svk-devel] Strange behavior from svk diff?

Mark,

I didn't look real closely, but 9/10 this error deals with this section
in the subversion manual:

Judging by the fact you were specifying -x (on the log command), it
suggests to me a rename was done in the past and the revision pegging
stuff deals with that exactly.  If I had to guess I'd say it is saying
that flow.js doesn't exist in 18959.
