[svk-devel] Using SVN client on an SVK repository

To clarify this point further, if Pushmi allows for two separate commands, 
e.g., pushmi push and pushmi pull, that'll be fine too. We can have the 
partner organizations just use a "pushmi pull". We can also make the 
MASTER repository only read accessible to the SLAVEs, so that even if they 
do an accidental "pushmi push", it will cause no harm.

Is this possible with pushmi?
