You're missing the point of the patch.  The "?" lines are shown "below 
the fold" of the skeleton commit message.  If you change those to read 
"A" (because you forgot to add those files), svk could automatically add 
them and commit them with the other files.  If you do nothing, it is 
exactly as it stands now (i.e. the "?" files would not appear in any log 
message).
