Well, I tried it, and it was a pretty clean patch. :) For now you
still need to use -v, since having the unversioned files in the commit
message by default will probably require some test fixes. Plus we
haven't really decided which way to go with that. Looks like adding
the second header is the best way, since that gives us a place to say
"hey, replace ? with A"

Should unversioned directories dump their unversioned contents into
the commit message? I'm leaning towards no because it's probably not
so common (the user can back out and add them manually, then svk ci
again), but also because it's a bunch more code to support that.

This diff assumes you had applied the patch provided in the original mail.
