[svk-devel] Bug in DAV copy with spaces

I've attached a patch that I *think* will show the problem, but I
couldn't get the Apache tests to run so I am unsure.

Basically the problem is that when moving a file with spaces in the
name, they aren't html escaped (%20) when sent to the remove web dav server.

Hope this makes sense.
