[svk-devel] [PATCH] set ticket right before close is called, not after open

Hi,

When I was hacking on some fixes I thought that setting ticket after
open is a problem that doesn't allow me to fix bugs. Actually it's
not, but anyway I wrote this patch and by the way it allowed me to get
rid of one "Transaction is out of date" SVN error on push that is
checked in our tests.

I think it has positive impact and I'm going to apply it soon to svk
trunk if you have no objections.
