[svk-devel] A few minors in trunk

A play a litte bit with the current trunk version an find the following 
litte problems:

"svk help commands" add an empty line between each command. This make it 
very hard to read.

I could not abort the conflict while "svk sync" with Ctrl-C. The last 
stable 2.0.2 abort then to commandline. The current trunk version start 
the editor with the diff and comes back to the question what todo.

And the "TortoiseMerge could not access files" problem affects in trunk 
also.
