[svk-devel] Checking out using 99@ syntax

When checking out you can't use the -r 99@ syntax, you instead need to  
find the revision of your local mirror that you're interested in.

I was trying to export a specific revision (co --export) so it  
wouldn't be a working copy, so I wouldn't have been able to checkout  
HEAD and then update to the revision I wanted.
