[svk-devel] SVK 2.2.0rc1 is released

I am pleased to announce SVK 2.2.0rc1 is now available from CPAN:

There are a few bug fixes and "svk branch" subcommand usability improvements
since the beta.  If there is no major regression, we will be making the
