[svk-users] Trouble getting set up on Win32

No, it isn't.  I have no trouble accessing that server via the regular svn
libraries from the same machine.
I also tried accessing an http repository on Google Code and got this error:

RA layer request failed: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/trunk': PROPFIND
of '/svn/trunk': could not connect to server (http://py-fun.googlecode.com)
