It almost has the feel of a connection problem, given how it sometimes
goes for quite a while without any failures. I don't think it is on
my end because the machine is a fairly substantial (memory, CPU power,
etc.) but could certainly be server side. Although I would expect an
error to get returned which would allow SVK to do something reasonable.
I'm doing another mirror at the moment which has about 100000 revisions,
and in the past couple of hours has performed about 8000 commits. Before
I was seeing groups of only several hundred (at most) commits).
