[svk-users] Why can not schedule the task contains command: 'svk smerge -I -B -s //src-repo //dest-repo' ?

I  write a batch file ,contains the commands:

         svk smerge -I -B -s //src-repo //dest-repo

I want schedule it to let SVN repository sync synchronize automatically on
the special time.

But after test,i can only schedule it in Windows XP successfully, but failed
on Windows 20003 Server & Linux!

What's the problem?

Any suggestion would be appreciated!
